Default Running Reaper 4.2 Can I get the JS Master Limiter plugin

As per the thread title. I am running Reaper 4.2 on a Win 7 machine, and don't really want to upgrade unless absolutely necessary, on the basis that everything works fine and I know my way around it, so why change. However, I was just watching a YouTube video about mastering, in which they used the JS Master Limiter plug-in, which I don't have. Is there a way I can get this without upgrading my Reaper version, and if so, how? If not, is there a plug-in that I already have in 4.2 that will do a similar job?
Thanks, and sorry if this is a daft question.
