Any Steven Slate drum users?

Can anybody tell me what this note does? I am worried this did not install correctly. It says HH Shank Closed... I press the key I hear nothing, and it also doesnt appear to mute any other note (thought it might be when you play an open hi hat and then use the pedal to close)

It is intended to be a closed hihat hit with the shank (shaft) of the strick rather than the tip. Works for me in SSD 3.5 via Kontakt.
