I can see you are playing a lot of different style (gives me ideas), in a nice way anytime. Some masterpiece in there.
Thanx for sharing
PS Maybe I'll do like you on Soundcloud, my account is full too.

Hi Andy. Very various styles there where you're good at. Very well recorded. What a sound !
Is it a voice+guitar+wha pedal from 2.13 to 2.27 on "No reason" ?
Bye, thanx for sharing

The bandcamp Link in my sig is my most recent full album (now almost two years old cause I'm a slacker) where I was shooting for something in the noise rock/no wave direction. Other albums are significantly different. The SUaF albums are all experimental/noise/dark ambient/soundscape stuff if you're into that.
My YouTube channel is likewise all over the place, but mostly live stuff and covers.

Hi jeranx,
The links in my signature below may be of interest. It is new and different because I am old but am relatively new to making music.

I'm very happy to hear you're preparing something new (you should have put a link for us to hear you).
You'll match your audience here with a title like this. Waiting for this.

Hi Jeranx, see my signature below for various bits of old and newer electronica, plus a recent collaboration here - https://clananalogue.bandcamp.com/al...-the-algorithm (first track).

Don't really know how to label my style:
https://soundcloud.com/kaspartorn
Pre 2012 mostly guitar + VSTi, after that Chapman Stick + VSTi

Ok, mec. But you know I have to finish a little sound track for a short film. And I want to remix "Absolu". But I'm happy you are a very prolific artist. Just go on.

My signature goes to my Bandcamp stuff, but this song is fitting as it was a New Year's kind of thing and is my most listened-to track. I did all of my recording at the time in Sonar, but whatever comes out of me next will be Reapered.

Hi Jon, probably. Very nicely done. Not the whole thing for me but a good part of it
Special "gift" for you. Sorry I'm not a keyboard player. At least, you'll like or recognize the artwork.

Thanks for listening. That track you posted in response was like stream of consciousness keyboarding...a certain mood...I don't know. I do recognize the statue as something that I see in gift shops in miniature.

For that part it's me singing into an SM58, through an Ibanez Tube King. The wah effect is me singing it.

I guess i did lol. I started out wanting to hear what isn't played on the radio. That was in 2003. This is what it evolved into.
Thanks for listening

I don't wanna hijack this thread... simple question. Then back to the regularly scheduled program.
SoundCloud, ReverbNation, Bandcamp, or _________? What helps you make your decision on where to post?

SoundCloud has a storage limit, so I use it as a temporary storage space for demos and previews and some things that are not "official" releases. Bandcamp is for actual official product releases and merch. It's our store. YouTube is for live stuff and where I put most of my cover material because they just handle the licensing. I don't claim that this is a logical or particularly successful strategy...

Hi EnjoyRC. As the "owner" I'll take this one. For me there's the "free or not" issue. I choose Hearthis and only for the paid version, which is like 36 €/year. I'm also on Soundcloud and Bandcamp for free.
I think there is no limit of how much you upload on Bandcamp, only 180 minutes on Soundcloud.
On Bandcamp, I don't think you're able to navigate during listening, on the two others, you can.
I'm comfortable on Hearthis for its design, mailbox...
That's it for me. Bye

Sorry bout that!
I had been doing weekly releases for the "Shut Up..." series, and those would go on SoundCloud until it filled up, then I'd dump them over to an album on bandcamp and start over. I need to get back into that...

A few years ago I had some bad luck and was forced to sell off my music gear - except for my old Strat, which I'll take to the grave.
Putting food on the table for two sons took priority over recording.
But I'm gradually getting back on my feet and hopefully will get some more songs recorded soon(ish).
In the meantime, I've written a bunch of new stuff (with a somewhat rebellious slant - no surprises there ) and I've taught my eldest son guitar - he's getting pretty good now.
Once I'm able to get an audio interface for this old laptop, I will definitely record some more.
I have no choice. My blood group is D7b5.
Cheers
