Default Reaper to cubase session conversion

Hey guys.

I have to get 6 sessions out from reaper into cubase 4 format. What would be the best method to do this? These sessions have quite a few waves but no effects or envelopes. I just want to get the timecodes for the waves translated over.

ps this is so i can record in a cubase studio, not because i'm ditching reaper :P

Cheers.

take a usb drive in with the project and the DAW
blow their minds.

or make suer all your items in the project have the bwf time stamp and you are good to go.

option 1 is more fun

BWF timestamp? Can you elaborate on that?

Thanks so much for the prompt reply. Part of the reason why i love reaper is because of the amazingly supportive community!
