What about adding a picture of the artist?

Great idea. This could even be automated as many displays and monitors have built-in webcams nowadays. Just hit "save" and Reaper does the rest...

Reasons projects have the option to embeded artist data which is specific to the RNS file (iirc anyway).

What you see in WMP is metadata for album art (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ID3). Though from memory wav files don't have this embedded normally...

Thanks, sorry it's taken me a while to respond.

I'm thinking about just making the jump........I don't have anything "precious" that I'd lose (plus of course I have a backup )

Eyes told you the truth, for wav files it's just a metadata. But for project file it could be very and very interesting. Hmmm, I like that!

Are the Stillwell/Schwa plugins really 2 years old? They have not been updated since 2009?

Maybe, but I doubt it. No matter, they are AMAZING plugins and a CRAZY good value.

Depends on the plugin...some are newer than that. The plugins themselves may have their underlying code (not the DSP, just the plumbing/wiring) updated as new hosts or OS updates come out.

Certainly we didn't just write them and leave them laying there. It's been a while since the last update, but we ARE still working on things...just wait and see.

Waiting patiently optional, but recommended.

Scott

I would be interested on purchasing a bundle, is there such an option on the store? In my opinion it should be :-) At least an option to mark all products for purchase, really the only thing stoping me now is that I have to go and purchase them one by one... Am I missing something?

Normally I would agree with you 1000%, but come on. The Schwa and Stillwell plugins are all super great quality and so dirt cheap that if they want to offer a price break, then take it. But I happily pay full price for all of the 6 or 7 of theirs that I own. They are still an incredible bargain for price compared to quality, even if they RAISED their prices. Support these guys, their reaper dudes, talented, and very fair.

I agree too, that was a simple joke, stillwell and schwa plugins are great!!! I'm waiting for a project payment and I'm getting on it at last!

Sorry to get on you case then!! I tend to get a little over-zealous about developers that are very fair and generous. The Stillwell/Schwa stuff has the same un-crippled free trial as Reaper, and that is a rare gift these days. So, I apologize for flaming you!

I understand your strong stand on those matters, I'm beginning my software development company some months now and I also see things with the same eyes, when a developer has a good and truthful way of setting prices, there is no excuse.

Reaper, Schwa, Stillwell, great tools more than best prices, what can someone say... Those people are great and I thank them and look on their example every day!
