Action list: unintended(?) auto-scroll

Selected action scrolls to the bottom when double-clicking on it (for running it) or running it via 'Run' button.

This usually happens with toggle-actions. Could this be the case?

Ah looks like you're right, thanks.
And only if the toggle action actually changes its state (e.g. not when running 'Toggle mute for track 99' and there's no track 99 in the project).
But why?

It sorts somehow by toggle-state. Just scroll more to the toggle-state-column to see this happen.
Has confused me many times as well...
