Add FX should always place FX in order!

Hi devs and people,

since version 5.96 pasting FX inside the FX chain puts them at the right place. That means: exactly after the selected FX. But it than makes absolutely no sense to leave the ADD FX behavior as it is.

Why don't you let people choose where to add FX? For me it would be more logical, if I select the first FX in my chain of four effects, that the effect then gets "added" after the first and not at the end of my chain. You force every customer to place their added FX again by dragging it at the right position? Why? Whats the reason for that? Okay, maybe the idea behind is, that the user knows from start to end which effects should be placed in the right order. But there are many many cases where adding effects inside the chain is very important. To find the right amp sim etc.

Its just ridiculous to add FX after FX to always put them manually per dragging in position. Instead we just need the logical consequence of ADDING them right after the selected FX.
