Default how to quickly turn off midi send

hi, a question. i have 3 (usb)midi devices.
is there a quick way so turn off and on midi start/stop signals to hardware?
it takes too much effort to go to preferences to disable outputs.
they are really not needed always to start playing every time i hit play.

Welcome to the Reaper Forum, pulis!

I think I'm not getting what your issue is
Basically, you don't need to disable MIDI devices to keep them from playing. It's a matter of routing the MIDI data to only the respective device and not to all of them. What are the three MIDI devices and how are you using them?
