No it's not. "I'd like an option to turn on oversampling for any JS plug-in" is a feature request. "You should hire more people" is neither a feature request nor appropriate. You are free to express that sentiment I guess but it isn't a reasonable sentiment. Also as someone who has both lead and contributed to different software projects - both code (in terms of features) and people are not only an asset but also a liability. Whether it is worthwhile to add something or someone to a project depends on many things you have little to no idea about.
Just don't let any of this stop you from making hit albums. At this exact moment in time, Reaper has everything needed to make top quality hit albums.
Could I keep Reaper devs busy for the next 10 years working on my desires ? Yup.
Do I hate that devs don't have conversations with us lowly users ? Yup.
