Maudio Keystation mini 32 problem

Hi all, greetings !
I own an Maudio keystation mini 32. It works fine most of the time with my reaper. But occasionally it goes off in the middle of the work. I tried resetting the midi and it doesn't work. I restart the reaper and it doesn't work. To make it work again, i had to plugin the usb in another port and restart the reaper. One or two times, I had to restart my system. Anybody else reporting this issue ? Can anybody Help me to sort it out ?

Past that, have you tried a factory reset to see if you have the same set of issues afterwards?

Can I reset the controller to the factory default settings?

Yes! To reset the keyboard to factory defaults:

Make sure your computer is powered on.

Power the Keystation Mini 32 by plugging in the USB cable from your computer while simultaneously holding down the Oct/Data "+" and "-" buttons.

Hi, I have tried a factory reset of reaper and problem remains. I shall do a controller reset and update

This one seems to be working. So far no problems.
