Default Region name always visible when scroll to the right (like item) (DONE)
Hi !


When we scroll horizontally, long items which are still visible on the arrange view always still display their name and control.
The name is just prefixed with << to tell that there is something on the left side.


It would be so nice to have that for region too,
this way, we could always know in which region we are without having to scroll back to its begining
