Default TCP Meter values not displayed
Is there a way to show the meter values in TCP ?

In your picture Theme Adjuster shows the settings for the Track Control Panel layout B. Have you verified track 4 is set to layout B? Also, if you just made changes to the meter values settings, nudge the track height a little and the layout should update.
