Default severe artifacts using all-I video rendering option

I'm trying to render video using the all-I option. The rendered video has unacceptable artifacts (blocking/noise) which are only slightly reduced by increasing the bit rate to something like 160 Mbit which I can't use for practical reasons. The output quality is perfect with all other video rendering options (ffmpeg/MOV, MP4) but not with all-I. I have to use all-I, though.

I tried adding additional ffmpeg arguments after the g=1 option but those seem to not have any effect. It would be great to be able to add more arguments here (like -b=0, -force_key_frames "expr:gte(t,n_forced*2)" and -sc_threshold 80).
