Who else has Reaper running on 'Touch Screen'
I inherited a crashed lenova yoga 2. It was Win 8 only preinstalled. It took me an hour or 2 to find out and understand that the Uefi/bios could not be changed from Win 8 firmware because of a capacitor battery that was hidden on the mobo. I found the capacitor, Scraped off the clear coating (deterrent) from the contacts and shorted it out with a paper clip. Finally I loaded up Mint 19. And lo and behold it has a touch or mouse key screen. AND touch screen works on Reaper Linux. It is actually pretty fast to edit when using a touch screen and mouse... Any body else have any luck?

I like it for messing with big plugin windows for live fx. I find it troublesome that it's so easy to accidentally drag tracks and mess up routing though.

Good for some things
Yea dragging drags can be a pain. I use the mouse for that. I would like to make some over-sized buttons... they are pretty small on the yoga.

Bless you 4duh have merry holidays and great song recording. Yea the monoplies do strange things but with a motive. Learning how to hack the hardware/firmware can can pay off in dividends in repurposing. All things are possible - especially when you really meditate or analyze the thing. tc
