Default Theme Adjuster docking problem

After learning about docking the Theme Adjuster on Kenny Gioia's video tutorials I tried to dock it on my system but instead of docking to the top of the window like in Kenny's video it ends up in the docker with the rest of my docked views. A right click on the Theme Adjuster's tab in the docker yields only two options, "undock" and "close" the Theme Adjuster. How do I get the Theme Adjuster to dock somewhere besides the docker? I am on a Windows 10 i7 x64 PC, REAPER version 6.08.

Revision/Solution. Use the following sequence to correct the problem (Docker located at bottom of main window): Dock the Theme Adjuster in the Docker. Drag the Theme Adjuster from the Docker to the top of the main window; Theme Adjuster morphs into linear format. Adjust the top docker to the desired width. Theme Adjuster will now dock and undock to top of main window.
