Hello,

You have to unrar ST.rar and install fonts which are inside the fonts folder.

You have to paste ST.reaperthemezip inside:
C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Roaming\Reaper\ColorThemes

Inside Reaper, go to Options>Themes and choose ST.

If you want to have menu custom you have to go here :
