SMPTE Generator User Values are not transmitted

- setup Timecode Generator Track, edit the User Values
- send Timecode to Mif4

*expected:
- User Values are transmitted

*actual*
- No User Bytes visible

Setup:
Reaper v6.82 / Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 / Rosendahl Mif 4
