Param mod action: open at mouse cursor (like contextual toolbars)
i use 3 monitors in windows 8.1, and param mod always opens far away from where i am working on my FX. pretty sure it defaults to "screen 1" or maybe the screen with REAPER's main arrange view in it.
may i please request an action/option to have the param mod window opened at the mouse cursor, instead of the current logic? this would save me a lot of time and eye strain (as shown by the excellent open contextual toolbar at mouse cursor action!)
