Finally updated, things looking wonky...

Hi all. I've been using Reaper a few years but hadn't updated for about 6 months.
Finally did and weirdly, now all the themes are the OLD white styles and all the JS utility plugins come up blank when you add them to a track.

Have I fudged it somehow? Seems a bit weird.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several time, and installing older versions....it still persists.

Advice? Help?
