Piano Roll icons for Drum Programming

Hi, is it possible to have icons on the MIDI Editors notes/piano roll? It would be nice if its possible to apply custom icons in each note so that you can easily distinguish which note you are working on when laying drum patterns...

That is one of the coolest thing in Reaper for drum programming. Just rename the key for each drum/sound. Much easier to find the notes that way.

One question though while I am thinking of it. Can you save this keyboard name list somehow? Iam sure someone thought of that but I cannot see how to save or load a list.

Have a look at "Note Names" in the User Guide and the [File] menu in the MIDI Editor.
