If you are bored, go spend hundreds of hours creating an awesome theme and share it freely with the community like these generous theme'rs do.

when / if this theme (mock up) is ever released i will be the first to admit i was wrong but as it has dragged on for ages and also his other theme ( more nice pictures ) has gone the same way i doubt if that day will ever come
How long will you all wait until you feel the same

If you are board, let me know your dimensions as I could probably circ-saw you into some useful cabinetry.
Albert, this theme is quite awesome. I'm not one of those yes-men. I've got critical things to say about many themes.
I genuinely like this one and hope to see it finished. I got time. I have more patience than the average 5 year old.

But still the sockpuppet ...
Your writing style reminds me of someone, and I'm gonna laugh myself hoarse if I'm right.
Edit: I'm actually quite certain who you are now, but I won't point fingers for the time being.

Where is the report function?
In any case, Albert! We love this theme! I wish you all the best in the pro-tools one because I know once that's done Solaris-SSL will get love and attention from you. Thanks for all your efforts. Incredible.

There is a little red triangle with an exclamation point, in the 'box' where the poster's name is... click it.

Go click on User CP at the Top Left of the Forum
Go to "Edit Ignore List" midway down on the Left Side
Enter dildo's bigmalh name in the "Add a Member to Your List..." Box & click "Okay"
Say goodbye to the witless wonder....
I LOVE the Ignore Feature...too bad it is getting SO much use the last year or so.....

Just realized that I didn't vote.
Just my opinions...
I like the old version about 1000x more than the new version. The buttons 'feel' better just as squares. I like the little boxes around the labels like mute. I love the blue border around some of the buttons. I love the additional labeling around the pan pots. I like the separator before the phase button. Headphone icon too.
The old one just has all kinds of character to me, that the newer one doesn't have. I thought the old was perfect. I am wondering why you changed anything?

Personally I mix in DSP but just love what themers can do.
I am starting to use less Kontakt instrument outs and more ASIO outs are for Silentway 24bit audioreate modulations, but 8 channels in Reaper with such a familiar looking theme would be nice.
I use an SSL 4000G+ every month when I go do charity work since it barely pays, but have many pics if the OP ever need them, I'd be happt to share.
Neve Pre amps are what they use and the SSL channels and Busses /w the MC6000 Mainframe and 480L. A marvellous place.
THe this theme would give these guys a good chuckle for sure.
Thanks again and don;t worry about the guy in the peanut gallery.

1º PRO-TOOLS X (the theme is quite advanced)
2º SOLARIS SSL
I'm sorry, I can not go faster.. I prefer it quiet and in the same way that pro tools x for everyone to review and assist the progress of this

I'd easily pay $25 or more for a finished working version of Solaris SSL. I don't understand why anyone would want to spend time imitating Pro Tools when SSL would set a new high standard for DAW interfaces....
Yes I know I'm evil for "picking on" Albert but I'm just calling it like I see it.....he's certainly free to do whatever he wishes and owes nothing to anyone.
But still why imitate when you could innovate ?

I agree with this philosophy. Alberts PT10 theme looks really nice, but Solaris SSL is the best looking Reaper theme I think I've seen to date.
Anxiously awaiting its release. I'll definitely be using it once it's available to the masses.
Though I can understand why some would be more interested in a PT theme if that's the DAW they'd been using prior to switching to Reaper.

My interest in the PT theme is NOT because it is what I used before, it is because it is the easy on these old eyeballs...including this one. Isn't choice great?!
The first version of this one is easier on the eyes than the newest one IMHO..but they ALL look great Albert, Thank You for the hard work!

Yes it is, and we're lucky to have some great themers willing to invest their time into making Reaper even better.
I'll probably have both PT and Solaris installed once they're available. Nice to change things up every now and then. =)

Well hey let's get the ball rolling then.
Albertxxx
Send me a paypal link, I get paid to perform, 25 sounds about right.
I put up 8000 USD for a 1U and hardware synths that took 2 years, so 25 USD won't cause a divorce....
p.m. me I don't play, quit school in 3rd grade just becasue they had recess...

Maybe 'done' is too strong of a word, he posted a beta. It seems to be nearing completion though and looks great.

Your new themes look awesome.
I'd like to apologize for some discouraging comments I did some time ago (on other themes).
