What "Pitch shift mode" reaper uses in realtime in playback?

I want to set the "Default pitch shift mode" of the project the same algorithm as realtime playback, this way when I render a streched audio it will export the same way it sounds when I was editing.

Does it make sense?

Ps. I searched in the forum and didn't have found this information.
