Title says it all. What are some of your favorite themes that are pretty much complete and not missing a bunch of things?

I consider the iLogic v3 pretty complete in terms of what it covers, though I guess it's still technically in development and being improved.

I haven't had enough time with it to know if it's complete, but I thought default commala was pretty nice on the eyes.
