If you own a Pod, the plugin to use with that is also $99.00 on their web site. You can download it. It gives you all the functionality of your Pod, including model packs, as a plugin.
I've always liked some of the Pod sounds but didn't like the fact that I'm somewhat committed to them after I record a track. This solves that, as I can now change them endlessly.
It also came with 6 vocal vocal preamp models. I tried them on a few vocal tracks and a couple of them seemed to work well.
