Default stash.reaper.fm is up and needs you to upload your themes! updated 8/18/08

(Help beta test) - Post your themes here:

https://stash.reaper.fm/index.php

Graciously developed by the stashbox.org peoplez.

I went ahead and posted the classic REAPER 0.x theme, which nobody should ever use!

Sweet job guys from stashbox. looks cool and usable.

a few things if I may :

Which category are the Advanced themes ? Classic themes or Themes?

Is there a way for the stash to remember your login details?

Can the Categories table be ordered by the most used sections: eg:

1. Advanced themes
2. JS effects
3. Track templates
4. Scripts
5. Reverb Impulses
etc..

But definitely Advanced Themes shoud be the first item in the categories.

just one request. can we subscribe to comments with RSS on individual themes? that would be really cool for theme developers.

It works really nicely already, and provides more info than we've had. I especially like the linking options at the bottom. i think a round of high-fives is in order.

Default this should be a sticky

make this one a sticky so we know where to find it. Seems only natural that this would be a sticky

Shouldn't the Stash be linked from the reaper front page? or is there work being done on it?

Waiting to get it more populated, and to find any remaining bugs before we drive more traffic to it

And it might be helpful to have a facility to remind you of your login details in case you have lost them.........err like I have.

When this kicks off, I can see that several sections will need to be sub categorised in future too.

Otherwise looks very good.

How long does it take to be able to login?
I created an account, tried to login, and "Login FAILED"
Repeatedly. I have set cookies to be accepted on reaper.fm websites.
Don't know what else to do, since there's no account activation necessary for that
page.

Cheers
Raphael

funkster1: your username began with a space character; totally my fault. i removed the space, so try logging in now. if it doesn't work, i'll reset your password.

obdula: yes, we do need a reset password feature. =)

Default Updating a theme in the stash, possible?

I forgot to include one icon in my theme and I wonder if it's possible to update the zip file in the stash.

At the "manage theme" I see only the option to delete the theme, must I delete the old file and upload the new?
What happens if I upload a file with the same filename and extension as the exsisting one, does it replace the old one or just create a new theme ( with it's own page and all..) ?

That would be nice
Something that only replace the current .zip file.

Hi guys, just wanted to let you know I upgraded the REAPER stash over the weekend. The main new features are:

* Shup support - upload directly into your REAPER stash account from Shup (v0.23 on)!
* Password reset
* Bug fixen

If you notice any problems, please let me know.

Hi,

as Limeflavour mentioned above, an option to update uploaded files would be really convenient. This way the links don't need to be changed when updating a theme.

Thank you.

Thanks alot for this option!

small nitpick though:

I've updated my theme from OlivecreamII 1.0 -> 1.01
Everything updates fine except the [Theme File] wich still says 1.0 (but contains the 1.01). And yes, the new .rar that I uploaded is named 1.01.
If possible can you fix this?

Default Nitpick

Since the Stash is supposed to be Classic Themes = Icon Based and the Themes = PNG Based can we categorize things that way. Please only put them in their correct folders.

Default Wake the Dead

Hi - noob to this forum, although not to Reaper or graphics...

I hate to dust off an obviously old topic (well, it is a sticky), but having just arrived I am curious:

What, if any is the difference between stash.reaper.fm and the Reaper Resources page for themes?

Wake the Dead!
.....and thanks!

Could we expect a 'Reaper 3.0 Themes' thread allready? Or is it too early?

Big +1 - I'm going to do a big cleanup of my themes folder and weed out the older ones - a 3.0 Themes category will help me get organized and up to date.
