Hm... I did look there, but must have looked at the wrong thing. Media item, I think... Thanks.

Default Windows: 32-bit ReaRoute : Broken again

v6.24rc9 - February 27 2021
# Windows: fix 32-bit ReaRoute - and confirmed that it is fixed

v6.24 - March 2 2021
# Windows: 32-bit ReaRoute : Broken again

The fix from v6.24rc9 didn't make it into v6.24 ?

Edit - Workaround:
It is sufficient to extract rearoute.dll from reaper624rc9-install.exe and replace the v6.24 32bit installed Version.
Now even Reaper v6.24 64bit can receive 32bit-ASIO from ReaRoute as usual - as it was working before.
(For me it was always necessary to install both - 32bit and 64bit Reaper - to have ReaRoute working for both 32bit-ASIO and 64bit-ASIO ReaRoute Input)

Ah, thanks for pointing this out! Looking into why this is (it wasn't changed on our end between rc9 and final, but it is indeed different! the compiler did something unexpected...).

6.24 seems to work excellently on Linux so far. All LV2-plugins I had on the previuos rc2, rc3 and different devs before that, seems to work alright. And some VST's and VST3's as well.

I don't do razor edits yet, but the the usual ctrl+drag seems to work fine too.

Thanks for the huge work!!!!! For me, this is a big leap forward for the Linux version and the Linux DAW community as a whole.

Was this fixed in the latest? I have the 64 bit version of Reaper and Rearoute isn't working very well. Maybe its a different issue. I tried the workaround and no luck

Ok, I re installed the latest Reaper 64 bit Windows build and it appears to be working now. This is very odd. its happened before; Rearoute flakes out and the quality turns terrible.

This happens sometimes to me to. I wonder if is a problem of the rearoute end. Anyway if someone have a explanation of why this happens I would be interested to read, although I think it might not be a rearoute side problem (?)

Also maybe a thread for this instead of this pre
