Implement dark mode in Windows 10

I use "Dark mode" in Windows 10. Here's how my file explorer looks.


Firefox changes colors based on this setting.


Here's how the media explorer looks using dark mode, with the option to use windows explorer toggled on.


Here's how the track FX window looks using dark mode.


It would be really nice if the menu bar also changed to a darker shade.


Same with elements like buttons, dropdowns and scrollbars.


Here's a mockup of how it could look with dark mode on.


An even better solution to this would be to make all of these elements themable.
