Audio Interface for notebook?

Hello everyone...
I've recently moved to a Core 2 Duo notebook PC from a P4 desktop system and I'm wondering which audio interface to go with. My needs are simple. I really need no more than one input at a time. I just need to get my guitar signal into the PC with the lowest latency possible... for (almost) real-time monitoring of VST amp sims. Can anyone recommend an interface?
