Default Contextual toolbar won't open on TCP in R6
"SWS/BR: Open/close contextual toolbar under mouse cursor" won't work in Reaper 6.

Get the latest SWS pre-release, then it should work:
http://www.sws-extension.org/download/pre-release/

I still have the same problem in TCP.Everything else is OK.
