Reaper resources folder cleanup

I realised that after the (quite ingeniously conceived) implementation of ReaPack, my "Effects" subfolder has a lot of duplicate files in differently named subfolders.
How TF to clean up this mess? Unfortunately duplicate file finder programs will only find, or filter, files with a filename extension. Since JS plugins don't use extensions, no results come up.

I think all the jsfx that come in reapack use the .jsfx extension

Thanks, EpicSounds, as far as I can see, there's both. The main problem though is the ones without extension, in subfolders. Impossible to do manually.
