Control surfaces and direct link issue

Good morning,
I have a problem that I can't solve and wonder if I'm the only one with this problem. Owner of an Axiom 49 mkII master keyboard, I wanted to synchronize it with Reaper via the direct link (and in this case Richard Hanson's plug-in). So I go to the Control surfaces window, click on "Add" and find "M Audio mk II direct link" but no trace of the "direct link" then in the Midi out and Midi in boxes and when I check Axiom 49 that gives me an error message.
Note that I am on a brand new computer on Windows 11, I am reinstalling everything (Reaper, plug-ins...), installing Direct Link did not cause me any problems on my old computer.
