Randomly still able to draw non-square automation in MUTE lane. I'll try to reproduce it, but I think it happened when using Select Time, Ctrl-Shift-Drag envelope to create 4-points.

Softube Console 1 implementation. My second control surface doesn't follow volume/pan change made on Console One. Strange thing is that it is following it in Reaper, and when made by mouse in reaper both Console one and my second control surface follow it, but what's done on Console one is not followed.

Heh heh, I don't think they're trying to rush it, just postulating a bit.

With Automation Items and Linux Support (including Raspberry Pi!) IMO this is going to be one of the biggest .5 releases in DAW history. The Linux part is a game changer!

Automation, notation, spectral peaks... a lot of stuff in the past year. I recall Schwa saying a lot of refactoring involved. So the duration of this effort is understandable.

Nothing in my shop is not getting done. It's easy to be patient.

I'm not rushing, just asking.

I'm excited to try out the new automation items but actually I don't have time to test it and I need it working without bugs.

I appreciate the work done by developers on correcting all bugs and I would to know if we are at the end point or not.

Embass didn't post something in quite some time.

I don't think Linux will be officially released with 5.50.

That's correct, the linux builds will remain only on landoleet.org for now.

I found a few bugs that were in 5.40 already and remained in the 5.50RC22.

I made a video of them and how to make them appear
http://phantastika.org/stuf/ReapBugs.webm

The project and script, that crashed Reaper in the "Bug1" section of the video can be downloaded here:
http://phantastika.org/stuf/ReapBugProject.zip

Oh, I used Windows7 and SWS2.8.8 as well.
