(REQ) JS Meter and Clip Indicator

Hey, all of you guys are know the meters which can be found any jsfx plugins two sides, right? I want only one of them with sticky red light and I want it to be horizontal. If someone could make it, I will be very happy.

What color(s) ?
What dB range ?
Show peak level only or peak + RMS ?

The same colour and size as in the screenshot. Db range doesn't really matter, it can be -40 or -60. Only peak level. It should be working exactly the same with meters on other js plugins, except I want horizontal meter and sticky (stays red until click on it) clip indicator.

i know it's not the same as the JSFX meter (it's actually more like the track meter), but i could (maybe) fine tune it a little...(this is just the basic idea)
