Thanks for the update.
The scrolling issue is still present in this version. The track settings and the recorded audio/midi tracks end up not being aligned - it is like the track controls are not being updated and scrolled. It is only a graphics issue. I posted shots of the issue in the pre-release threads awhile ago.

Yup, still have the scrolling issue here too, and adding the AU version of Audio Damage's Reverence still silences the track. The VST version works properly though.

Another minor issue: I no longer can use the up and down arrows in dialogs - I have the keys assigned to shortcuts but in previous versions the focussed dialog would take them instead...

Hi,
I downloaded 2.42test6 and 2.42rc0, both seem to crash after something like a couple of minutes.
I just had opened a project I'm working on, and while going trough the preferences to find what was new, it crashed repeatedly.
I hope this helps...
By the way, I'm using a MB Pro 1,83 Ghz, 2 gb RAM, no external audio device connected.
Bye!

And me too - MacBook Pro 2.16/3gb/160gb - OSX 10.4.11
Two shots - before and after simply moving the scroll bar. These are half sized.
problem happens with different theme and/or different projects.
Can be "fixed" by minimizing window and bringing it back.

hi guys... repeated crashes on my little brother's MacBook Pro
OSX 10.5.4
using KCs to bring up the window sets window = crash!

I am unable to map [shift]+[mousewheel]. Reaper sees [Shift] with other keys.

Well, no go for my OS-X
Reaper 243BETA crashes when attempting to load the demo song or any other .RPP file. I attempted a clean install to see if that would work. Same thing. I reinstalled v.2301_098 and don't have the failures.
OS X 10.4.11
1.5 GHz PPC G4
512 MB Ram

Once again - failure on my OS X
Reaper 2.44 BETA crashes upon attempting to load any .RPP file.
Reinstalled v.2301_098 and no crashes. *Sigh* I'll always live with outdated operating systems...

I've went back to 10.4 after 10.5 sent me reeling with issues. 10.5 is just not very PPC friendly, IMHO. Unfortunately, 10.4 will be as good as it gets for PPC macs. I was expecting to get 5 yrs on my dual g5 and am holding up despite the obvious advances Apple has made with the x86 lineup. Will I get an intel mac? Probably not. Reaper can run on Linux using Wine and that cinches it for me: my next workstation will be GNU/Linux, probably Arch Linux btw.
