External timecode synch window graphic issue

Hi guys, is it me or the external timecode synch settings window has a graphic bug?



The framerate dropdown menu is under the other dropdown menu. Not a huge bug, but still.

Mac 10.13.6/Reaper 6.29

Confirming this graphig bug!

It looks the same here in Reaper v6.29rc4 (32-bit) on Windows10 (64-bit).

EDIT:
I just discovered, that it only happens if audio device is closed (like if you have Preferences window opened on Audio device selection, you know...). If audio device is connected/running, dialog is different with no overlaying dropdown menus.
