Nano - Reaper Theme.
I present to you: Nano, a lightweight theme for Reaper. It's inspired by the KORG nano product line.

Very clean theme. Could be easily modified to be changed to a flat theme. Thanks a lot.

I had to dial back the fluorescentness 75%, but I like it : )

Flaneurette, I can't seem to find how to change the color of the media background. Everything I try, prefs and theme tweaker, doesn't touch it. Specifically to change the unselected green. What am I missing? Thanks!! : )

Yes, these are two images: item_bg.png & item_bg_sel.png in the theme folder, if you unzip it.
If you can't figure it out, drop me a line and which color you like them to be and I'll zip a new one for you.

Thanks for offering, Flaneurette : ) But I think this is a good opportunity for me to dive into these kinds of changes that aren't in the theme tweaker. That's as far as my knowledge about visual tweaks goes, so it behooves me to give it a shot. I was flummoxed but you have offered up the clue I need to give it a shot : )

Ha, ha, I noticed (how could one not) that you made your avatar this color I'm referring to : )

Working on a new update. My planned improvements:
I think it's useful to toggle the FX button even when tracks are minimized, so the FX button will also be visible on collapsing the TCP to it's smallest size. Also, a couple small layout errors will be corrected.
I will release a couple of different color schemes of this theme as well. If you have a request for a specific color, let me know in the comments. My own suggestions are: Nano white and Nano blue.
If you have any issues you would like to be resolved, let me know, because I am already working on a whole new theme that will require my full attention after I release the update for Nano.

An oldie, but a good color

There is an update to Nano.
Download: https://stash.reaper.fm/31104/Nano.ReaperThemeZip
1.) Slightly better graphics
2.) TCP collapsing optimized for users/composers who have a lot of tracks and want to access the FX and monitor buttons when the TCP is minimized.

Nice theme! I'm going to try it for a little while.
Any chance you can add it to ReaPack?

I'm no expert, but I believe you just sign up for a Github account. Create a repository with these instructions: https://help.github.com/articles/create-a-repo/
Now you can update Nano and ReaPack users will stay updated.

There is a new update for NANO.
https://stash.reaper.fm/31104/Nano.ReaperThemeZip
Major changes: the track items now have a better and softer look, and now resemble the default Reaper tracks. I found that a project with lots of tracks, that the original design didn't work so well.
Also, the envelopes have a slightly better design as well.
That's it.
New layout:

nice theme... minor suggestion would be a separator that is totally blank but colorable for both tcp and mcp
also I find it a bit hard to see the folder structure and the thing to clk on that tells if the track is a folder, or the last folder in the chain...

Yes, I agree. I rarely use nested tracks, but I noticed it, and it is indeed something that requires some extra love.
