Default Are there any gradient map/hue cycle type effects?

There are a few colour effects in Reaper, but there are two very common ones that I can't find either in the presets or on this forum.

The first is a gradient map. Basically this takes the luma value of each pixel and uses that as colour data. It's usually got 2 or 3 bands, and you can assign your own colours to each. It can be used for anything from subtle colour grading to creating psychedelic imaged.

The second is simply adjusting the hue value. Say you've got a screen that's entirely red. When your control is at 0 the screen is red. As you increase the value the colour changes through orange, to yellow, to green, and so on until at 360 it's back to being red.

Does anybody know if anybody's created effects like these for Reaper?
