Is it possible to make own Main Menu in Reaper?
I would like to make my own Main Menu (instead of standard File-Edit-View-Insert... etc)
Is it possible? Custom Main Menu, not submenus

Yes. Right-click inside the main toolbar area and select "Customize toolbar...". In the floating window, select the drop-down menu at the top and select the top entry "Main file".
From here, you can edit it however you like. Select another entry from the drop-down menu to change it.

Sure, go to Actions -> "Menu: Customize".
EDIT: mikeroephonics ninja'd me. Strangely, right-clicking the main toolbar area doesn't work for me (on Windows).

It allows to change File submenu, but doesn't allow to add my own submenu to Main menu
How do I change the MAIN menu (for example I want - File - Edit - MY MENU - View - Insert - etc)
Like this:

The same here... It allows to change existing submenus (File, Edit, etc.), not to add my own.

If it helps (it probably won't) you can rename top level menus and entirely reorganise all commands and sub menus as you wish, as well as adding actions etc ..
But rather you than me!

Yes I was wondering the same thing - so far I can't see a way to actually add a new main menu.
It's a shame because there is plenty of unused space that could accomodate additional menus.

You can always create a Favorites drop down menu and customize it the way you like.
Check out Kenny's Video:
Using the Actions Menu as a Favorites Menu in REAPER
