Default Windows Border Frame gone!

Tonight, the Windows border (that shows the Project Name/Registered Name) disappeared. This is the one where the Windows min/max/close options appear.

It is there on Reaper startup...but as soon as Reaper is ready, the border disappears. It is not the Theme or the Screen Resolution causing this.

I can double click on the current outer Reaper title bar, but nothing happens. I can't minimize, maximize or close window via a title bar. I have to go into the Main bar to close Reaper.

This has happened before, but can't remember what I did to get it back to normal. (maybe the .ini file?)

Any suggestions most welcome.

That was it...

F11 was assigned to it, yet didn't work. But the "Action fullscreen" shows State: off after I "Run" it from the Actions window.

Thanks!
