Default Tascam US-20x20

Hi, my first post here.

Is anybody using the Tascam US-20x20 with success?

It has the features for my needs, with enough inputs and outputs.

How does it perform in practice, I may need to play 8 tracks and record 4 tracks simultaneously?

Anyone expanded it with ADAT?

Thanks

Here are a couple of threads from the SONAR forum from a couple of years ago where we answered your questions.

And a recent Craig Anderton article for Sweetwater on using ADAT (he uses a US-20x20 himself).

Let us know how it works out for you.

Tascam aren't very good about keeping the US website's updates up-to-date (odd, that), so here's their home site in Japan.

One thing that's really cool about the US-16x08 (that I assume is that same for the US-20x20) is the side brackets that angle the front face up slightly. Great for desktop use. It also ships with replacement 1U rack-mounting side brackets, which is nice.
