Can I change meter style in Classic_1.x?

I am using Theme Classic_1.x in my version of Reaper. It works well for me using Reaper v.6.19 as a recorder.

But I HATE the "ladder-style" meters. Is there a way to change these into a more plasma-style meter like those I see in other themes?

Go to Actions and run Theme development: Show theme tweak/configuration window theme tweak.
In theme tweaker, type VU into the filter. Unselect Theme has interlaced VU meters. Save the theme, top right.
