close Grid settings action?
Hi,
I'am using 'Options: Show snap/grid settings' to open the grid settings but then have to use the mouse to close the window again. Is it possible to close or toggle the window via action (shortcut)?
Thanks!

At least these two;
SWS/S&M: Focus main window (close others)
SWS/S&M: Focus main window (only valid within custom actions)

Could make a script using js_ReaScriptAPI extension.
Posted on ReaPack, "Toggle snap grid settings".

Reason: Moved file to ReaPack

That is exactly what I was looking for!
Thanks a lot!
One small thing: Now I have to unfocus the window where I set the grid by clicking return before I can close the grid settings (otherwise it will change the grid value into an @ instead of closing the whole window), is it possible to integrate this additional step in the script (to unfocus the marked window before giving the close command)?

I think the only way around that is to set the shortcut Scope to "Global + Text fields" in the Edit shortcut window. Also you can close that window using the Esc key.

Just out of interest, why don't you put buttons for the grid in a docker?
1/1, 1/2, 1/4, etc...

If the window is focused, doesn't <esc> close it ?

I have the esc key assigned to toggle fullscreen.
But the script of edgemeal and setting the shortcut scope to "Global + Text fields" is working perfect!
Thanks again!

Not if you have option "Allow snap grid/track envelope/routing windows to stay open" enabled in advanced UI settings.
