How to make folder icon larger and change its place?

Is there a way to make folder icon larger and move it in front of the track lable?

Yes, but it all depends on which theme you are using.

Changing the icon size is relatively easy, but repositioning the other TCP elements could involve a lot of editing.

Anyway, you'll need to Unzip the .ReaperThemeZip file, find the folder images and edit them, then edit the TCP Layouts in the rtconfig.txt file. have a good look at the WALTER guides first.

I'm using Default 5 Theme.

I increased folder images size, but the icon size still the same, it's just compresses the image.

I realized that this is too hard topic for me now. Maybe in time I will learn)

You will need to change the folder icon size definition in the rtconfig.txt file too.

I do not understand the code used for the Default 5 theme, but in the basic statements such as "set tcp.folder [369 86 18 14 1 1 1 1]" the first 4 numbers refer to the icon X and Y positions, and its width and height. Have a look at "The 8 number values " in the WALTER Themers' Guide.

I set foldercomp left by 20 pixels and trackidx up a little bit. Works great!

Ah ha, now you're hooked on WALTER!

Give the modified theme a new name ("Default_S" perhaps?). As the Default will be overwritten during the next install.
