Default Wrong midi notes from e-drums

Hi! My first post. Used search, but no help. I have recorded with old Pearl Syncussion e-drums. If I hit snare, it comes in ok, but in midi editor it is about 46 seminotes too high. I can transpose it later, but need to know, what is wrong. Also tom-pads comes in ok, but are also 46 seminotes too high AND they are inverted by scale. So low tom is higher than rest in the midi editor. Also velocity is so high, that I do not have any dynamics, until I hit extremely softly. Basically I just need to be pointed to right direction like which page of manual to go to find this solution. Further advise does not hurt either.

Hello pwallin and welcome to these forums. You'll find many helpful people here and a lot of useful information. Make sure that you:
It all depends! So, some questions first:
(a) What are you using to generate the drum sounds from the recorded MIDI?
(b) Do you have a map, showing which MIDI notes are generated by the Pearl Syncussion?
(c) Is it possible to change that map on the Syncussion?
(d) You might be able to use something like codeFN42's Note Mapper to do the transposition for you (Windows only?

(A) MetalPowerdrums Vsti and Sean Pandy Drums Vsti
(B and C) I do not know how to do a map thing yet, but I think I get hang of it.
(D) I try that codeFN42.

Thank you very, very much.
