Default Is It Possible To Change the Chords In a Pattern

Hi All!

There's a certain pattern I like in my dance tracks for piano. I was wondering if there was a way to just highlight a section (which would be one chord) and be able to change it to another chord in one fell swoop without fiddling about?

Thanks!

Tick Key Snap and select the key. Then select all the notes of the chord and drag up or down.

Or get Pandabots ChordGun script and insert or change any chords easily.

If it's midi you are working with there's MIDI Phrase Snap to Chord Tool
or
ReaTrak snap midi takes in selection to chords.lua that will snap the midi notes of selected item in time selection to the chord region name.

ReaTrak-snap-midi-to-chords-gui-compact.zip

ReaTrak snap midi takes in region to chords.zip

ReaTrak snap midi takes in selection to chords.zip

Use this to create a midi chord track from region chord names
ReaTrak create midi chords from region chord name.zip

This will live snap any midi to the midi chord track, so you can change the region chord name and create a new midi chord track and it will follow that
Snap-to-source-chords.zip

This could probably be rephrased to advantage!

Sorry, couldn't resist.
