Sometimes "default" preset effect name shows instead of the chosen preset name
I've noticed that Reaper sometimes stops displaying the correct effect preset name.
Instead the preset name is changed to show "default". I hear the sound of the preset I know I've chosen earlier, but the name shows "default". This is sometimes very problematic if I have a long list of presets and when "default" shows up I don't know what the name of the preset is that I had loaded.
This happens randomly but not often with both Reaper and 3rd party vst plugins. I can't see a pattern.
It has never happened mid session inside a loaded project. Only after closing and re-loading a project.
I've noticed it for at least the last few updates.
Portable installs of both 32 and 64 bit in windows 7 64bit.
