Edit MIDI file problem 1.0rc2

When I install 1.0rc2, create a new project, new track, insert midi file, and double click the midi file, I get the message about no external editor defined.
There is no option in prefs to open midi file in built in editor with double click.
If I right click on the midi file and choose 'open with built in editor', I get the same error message about no editor defined. The midi part remains 'OFFLINE' the whole time.

I then open an old project with midi parts and docked built in editor. Problem goes away. Can do above with a new project with no problems.

Other BUGS /FRs -

- If there is a selection defined, could 'insert midi file' insert file only into selection?

- When a midi file is created, the green loop bar is fully left, yet looping is every 1/2 bar. Could we please have looping every bar and the green loop bar positioned appropriately?

- Could we have 'insert track' in the 'Insert' menu?
