Default Sub Project Question

Is there a way to "expand" all the tracks contained in a sub project into the the main project? In other words, I want to add all the tracks from all the sub projects into the main project. Hope that makes sense.

I know that I can go to each sub project and copy the tracks over, but I figured there might be a faster way to do it.

"Insert track from template" can open RPP files. (Search for it in the action list or right-click in an empty area of the Track Control Panel)

wow - useful.

request: should be renamed: insert track(s) from template/project file

so many great capabilities are not quite discoverable in REAPER - some effort needs to go into 'surfacing' features!
