Cool song, but no low end whatsoever, and the drums are nearly nonexistent. The guitars are nice and present, but seems to be the only element that is.

Thanks for the feedback, a few pointers please,
The first section of the track is fairly quiet and to me all instruments are well defined with a definite low end.
On the second heavier section do you think the guitars are too loud and drowning out the bass and drums on the louder second part of the track?
Always looking to improve

Great attitude, Probe. I feel the same way about improving.
I do hear the bass, but it feels distant. I'm thinking strongly that the difference we're hearing is because of different listening environments. Was this done on phones maybe? Or bass heavy speakers? I don't have any grand system, just basic near field monitors, which aren't great, but not terrible either. And the low end of the song just isn't coming through well for me. I would see what others might think. It could very well be my end.

Yeah I did part headphones, part new monitors which I dont quite know yet. My previous monitors were very boomy so maybe I'm in the habit of getting g rid of too much bass. I will leave the track for now, hopefully get some more feedback. Thanks again, gives me a direction to go in.

I'd say turn the guitars down. They are drowning out everything else. You can tell that there are drums and bass but they are WAY down in the mix. Guitars are just LOUD!

Thanks for another opinion, when I get a chance I will post a new mix with quieter guitars then see if the bass and drums emerge.

Updated!
Well Ive taken the advice posted here and lowered the guitars and boosted the bass a tad, although I reckon I may have some further refinements to make. Comments please!

This version has a lot better balance, but the drum and bass still sound they're sitting "in the back of the room." I will say the balance is much closer when the power chords come in.

Update!
Another mix, snare and kick a bit louder. I wonder if there is too much reverb on the drums though...

Waaaay better, but it sounds left panned biased. I would say yeah, too much verb on the drums unless you want that effect. I hear them now, but mainly the snare, so that verb is prob washing away the kick--or at least contributing to it being so low.
