The numbers refer to a 32nd note all the way to 4 full bars. I've tried both ends with the 32nd useful for Acid-like beat manipulation, to 4 bars, good for large scale arrangements while zoomed out without worrying if you're gonna hit the beat. The latest versions of Reaper's snap works splendidly IMO. This was a feature I had a problem with in some hosts, as it many times seemed too weak, to easy to get off the beat.

Can you tell me what the pixel size controls or does.

When I change from 1/32 to 1 should the curser snap to full measures only? Because mostly what I'm getting is that whatever I set the size to I get snapping at the Quarter note size.
